Returns Policy

The Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations provides the right to cancel an order for goods purchased within 7 days beginning the day after the goods are delivered to you.

If any Frame purchased from our website does not meet your expectations you may return them to us unused  and in original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund.

Please return the Frames to us within this 7 day period. You are responsible for the cost of returning your purchase.

We regret that the personalised frames are made especially for you and therefore returns can not be accepted unless the product is faulty.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
